Hi, I am new to Socrates and wanted to give it a shot, and uploaded 5 documents with deepdive enabled. I tried to chat on web or also with the app for mac, I only get the "Connection not found. Please reopen the chat and try again, or check your internet connection." message. The pages were charged on my account without being able to use it in any ways. How to fix this?
