Provide Table of Contents in viewer

It would be great to be able to have a simple Table of Contents in the viewer if the data is available when importing a PDF, website, etc... This would make navigation in longer documents much easier. Along these lines, it would also be nice to be able to open PDFs with Socrates directly from Finder. Both of these together would allow Socrates to function as a general purpose PDF reader that can support both in-depth research and quick queries.
