My Flows Results table is missing Source Name

In the. Flows results view, it is hard to tell which row associates with which source file was used for the run.

Desired columns:
Status | Created | Source (Hover for Filename(s) | LLM Node Prompt

I put Hover for filename because I would like to see which file was used as well.
