Every time I click the link in socrates web to go to the feedback / roadmap page my profile name resets to the default

Every time I click the link in socrates web to go to the feedback / roadmap page ("Request Features", see image), my profile name resets to the default name that is derived from my email. If I change it then it stays changed until the next click. For privacy sake I prefer having it permanently changed.
