Answer Blueprints

Knowledgebase

Answer Blueprints train the AI on a pre-fixed set of questions and answers.

You provide both the question & answer. In subsequent chats, Socrates will use that as another source of information to provide an answer.

This is most useful for teams sharing Socrates links. One chat owner can have institutional knowledge not readily apparent in the uploaded documents. The chat owner can enter in common questions his or her team may ask. Socrates then replies with that answer (you provided) should anyone using the link ask that question.

For example, an insurance product lead may have a set of insurance policies he wants to ask questions of. He may know the answers to certain things not explicitly mentioned in the text, but are commonly asked. He can input them as an Answer Blueprint. His marketing team can then use a Socrates link, and Socrates will use both Answer Blueprints and the uploaded documents as a knowledge basis for answering questions.
