Allow correcting detected chapters / exclude chapters with 0 words

Allow correcting the detected chapters and their headings so that the prompt loops are more efficient.
Further please give the option to exclude chapters with 0 words that are sometimes irregularly detected. Currently every chapter except those have to be selected to unselect them for a prompt loop.

Yes, this would be good, or even a manual way of marking up chapters or sections before you apply the deep dive processing.
