Allow choosing "Sections" or "Chapters" to use in loops

Please allow choosting which sections to apply the loops on, as sometimes there are prefaces/intros/references/etc... that can be excluded to improve the quaility of the output, and to better optimize usage of credits.

I imagine having a sort of checklist where we can un-check sections/chapter to exclude from the loops.
