All previous prompt loops for summaries and keypoint have disappeared.

I've used previous credits on these and they've all disappeared. There are files that I wanted to probe deeper but i cant see the previous summary's and key points. I cant replicated the wording for previous key points and summaries which means i get sub par results and not the in-depth summaries which was my whole purpose for purchasing. This means my credits for this month will be wasted until the prompts are re added and my credits for previous months material wasted if the summaries aren't re-added. I would hope that a major change would be communicated to users and changes that aren't production ready uploaded on a production site. I cant use this for the purpose intended. I'm wondering what happens to my credits also?
